Haval H6 HEV hybrid battery replacement

My Aqua was doing 12 km per litre and the engine would not shut off at signals. They scanned it, showed me the weak module readings on screen, and swapped the pack the same afternoon. Everywhere else wanted to change the gearbox and quoted a huge amount. These people scanned it properly and found the battery cooling fan was seized, which was throwing everything off. Hard brake pedal, ABS light on, and two workshops told me the whole ABS unit had to be imported. Sattar bhai pressure-tested it, confirmed C1256 and C1391, rebuilt the accumulator, and I had the car back in two days for a fraction of the quote. Brakes feel exactly like factory.

I was in Karachi for work and they arranged a visit to my hotel parking. Full scan, cooling clean, all documented on paper before I paid a rupee. They told me the pack had at least two more years and not to spend money yet — that is not the answer you expect from a workshop.

I was about to buy a Fit and asked them to check it before I paid. They found the pack was already badly degraded and saved me from a very expensive mistake. Cost me almost nothing compared to what it would have cost me later.

The lithium conversion took longer than I hoped, but the communication was constant and the result is excellent — noticeably more electric range and better economy. They kept the original pack for me too, which I did not expect. Genuine work, just be patient with the timeline.
