Module-level diagnosis
Individual module voltages and internal resistances logged and compared, so the decision is based on data rather than the fault code alone.

Value option
Module-level repair, weak-cell replacement and proper cell balancing for packs that are drifting but not finished.
Overview
Not every tired hybrid pack needs replacing. When degradation is concentrated in one or two modules, repairing those modules and rebalancing the whole pack can restore usable capacity for a fraction of a replacement price. The critical part is measuring first. We log every module individually, and if the weakness is spread evenly across the pack we will tell you straight that repair is a false economy rather than taking your money.
Individual module voltages and internal resistances logged and compared, so the decision is based on data rather than the fault code alone.
Where a module is genuinely dead we fit a matched, tested module from the same generation of pack — capacity-matched to the cells around it.
We bring every module to the same state of charge and verify it holds for a full charge-discharge cycle before the pack goes back in the car.
If we do not believe the repair will last, we will say so. A short-lived repair helps nobody and costs us a customer.
How it runs
We read every module under load and at rest to find where the capacity has actually gone, not just where the ECU complains.
Failed modules are swapped for capacity-matched replacements, then the entire pack is balanced and cycled to confirm it holds.
The pack goes back with new seals and fresh cooling, codes are cleared, and you get the post-repair readings next to the originals.
