Privacy policy

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or through the enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and year, and whatever you tell us about the problem.

If you bring a vehicle to the workshop, we also record diagnostic data — fault codes, block voltages, capacity readings and similar measurements — along with your service and warranty history.

This site loads Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Those tags run in consent mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default, and only activate if consent is given where consent is required.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, diagnose and repair your vehicle, issue and honour warranty cover, and remind you about the free three-monthly battery cleaning that forms part of that cover.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, and we do not send unrelated promotions.

Vehicle diagnostic data is kept with your service record because it is genuinely useful later — comparing current readings against earlier ones is often how a developing fault gets caught early.

We share information only where it is necessary to complete your work: for example, a supplier who needs a chassis number to confirm the correct battery pack, or a transporter arranging a delivery.

Where analytics services are active, aggregate usage data is processed by Google under their own terms. This is statistical information about site visits, not a record of what you told us about your car.

We do not transfer your details to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Warranty and service records are kept for the length of the warranty plus a reasonable period afterwards, so that a claim or a follow-up question can be answered years later.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a limited period and then removed.

You can ask us to delete enquiry information at any time. Warranty records cannot be deleted while cover is active, because the warranty card depends on them.

You can ask what information we hold about you and ask for corrections where something is wrong.

You can withdraw consent for analytics by adjusting your browser or consent settings; this site functions fully without analytics.

You can opt out of the three-monthly cleaning reminder at any time — just tell us on WhatsApp and we will stop sending reminders while keeping the record on file.

We keep customer records on the workshop devices and accounts used to run the business, protected by device and account passwords. We do not store payment card details — payments are made in cash, by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

Photographs taken during a repair are used primarily to show you what was found and done. If we would like to use an image of your car publicly, we ask first.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, existing customers are told directly rather than the page being quietly updated.
