The fine print, in plain words

Terms & conditions

What you can expect from us, what we need from you, and how warranty, quotes and liability actually work. No surprises buried at the bottom of a page.

Quotes and pricing

Prices quoted on WhatsApp, by phone or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Where a figure depends on what is found during a scan, we confirm the final price before starting work and will not proceed without your agreement.

If a part has to be ordered specifically for your vehicle, a partial advance is normally required. The balance is payable on completion, and you receive a receipt for the full amount.

Work carried out

We describe the work to be done, what is included and the expected timeframe before we begin. Any change to scope discovered during the job is explained and priced before continuing.

Consumables that form part of a service — fluids, seals, cleaning, error clearing, adaptive resets and road testing — are included in the quoted price unless we have told you otherwise in writing.

Warranty

Battery packs carry a written warranty of up to four years depending on grade, with an official card issued in your name at fitting. Installation labour and repair workmanship carry separate 12-month cover.

Warranty cover excludes accident damage, water ingress, tampering, damage from an electrical fault elsewhere in the vehicle, and continuing to drive after a known cooling or inverter fault has been flagged to you.

Claims are handled at the workshop. Keep your warranty card and original receipt together — they are what makes a claim straightforward.

Replaced parts

Parts replaced as part of a warranty claim remain our property unless we agree otherwise.

Parts replaced at your request during normal paid work are returned to you if you want them. If you do not want them, we dispose of them responsibly — battery cells are never dumped casually.

Collection and storage

Please collect your vehicle within three working days of being told it is ready. We do not charge storage for the first week.

Beyond that, a daily storage charge may apply, and we will tell you before it starts rather than presenting it as a surprise on the bill.

Vehicles left uncollected for an extended period without contact may be dealt with under applicable Pakistani law on abandoned property.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about the vehicle, including any previous repairs, modifications or recurring faults.

Bring the vehicle in for the free three-monthly battery cleaning if you hold a battery warranty — it is a condition of that cover.

Tell us about any hybrid or cooling warning light before continuing to drive, because continuing to drive a known fault can turn a small repair into a large one.

Liability

We are responsible for the work we carry out and for the parts we supply, to the extent described in the warranty terms.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults we have identified and explained to you, or for faults arising from components we did not supply or fit.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of earnings while a vehicle is off the road, except where the law requires otherwise.

Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information. Guides about fault codes, battery lifespan and repair techniques are written from our own workshop experience and describe typical outcomes — not a guarantee of any specific result on any specific vehicle.

Only a physical inspection and a diagnostic scan of your vehicle can establish what is actually wrong with it.
