About our ags gearbox service
The automated manual gearbox in a Honda Vezel, Grace or Fit is a wonderful thing right up until the clutch wears and the actuator starts hunting. Symptoms show up as juddering from a stop, a delay before the car pulls away, or a gearbox warning light. These units are repairable, but they need a technician who understands the actuator learning routine, not just a clutch kit and hope. We service AGS, DCT and CVT units across Japanese models and reset the adaptive learning properly.
Proper adaptation reset
A new clutch without a correct clutch touchpoint and adaptation reset will judder from day one. We do the relearn properly.
Fluid and control checks
Correct fluid, correct level, correct procedure — on these units the wrong fluid is a slow-motion failure.
Judder and delay diagnosis
We separate a genuine clutch problem from an actuator, sensor or engine-side issue before quoting a gearbox job.

Repair
Clutch and/or actuator work carried out with genuine or equivalent-grade parts, fluid replaced to specification.
Relearn and road test
Clutch touchpoint and full adaptation relearn performed, then a road test under stop-start conditions to confirm smooth take-up.
