Full electric and plug-in hybrid cars are arriving in Pakistan faster than anyone trained to service them. We handle high-voltage diagnosis and module-level repair on EV and PHEV packs: measuring real capacity, finding the weak modules, and restoring usable range where that is genuinely possible. High-voltage work is dangerous and unforgiving — every job starts with safe isolation and ends with a documented insulation and capacity test.

Real capacity measurement

We measure usable kWh and state of health, not just read the dashboard's optimistic estimate.

Module-level repair

Where one or two modules have failed, matched replacement and rebalancing can restore meaningful range at a sensible cost.

Safe high-voltage practice

Proper isolation, PPE, insulation testing and documented lockout procedure on every high-voltage job we take on.

Charging system checks

Onboard charger, charging port and BMS communication faults diagnosed alongside the pack itself.

How it runs

EV high-voltage service, step by step

  1. Isolate and inspect

    The pack is safely isolated, inspected for damage or swelling, and insulation-tested before any work begins.

  2. Measure and repair

    Capacity is measured properly, weak modules identified, and matched replacements fitted where that will actually help.

  3. Verify and report

    Post-repair capacity, insulation and charging behaviour verified, with the findings written up for your records.
