About our industrial batteries
Warehouse and facility operators lose money every hour a forklift is down. We supply and service traction batteries for electric forklifts, golf carts and pallet jacks, plus lithium solar storage banks — including single-cell replacement, watering and equalisation service, and honest advice on when a battery bank is worth maintaining and when it has to be replaced. Commercial customers can be scheduled outside normal hours so a shift is never interrupted.
Capacity load testing
Real capacity measured under load, so you get a runtime figure instead of a guess about remaining shift hours.
Lithium solar storage
LiFePO4 bank supply, configuration and BMS setup for off-grid and backup systems.
Out-of-hours scheduling
Servicing arranged around your shifts so operational downtime is minimised.
How it runs
Industrial batteries, step by step
Test on site
We load-test the bank where it sits and record real capacity, cell voltages and connection condition.
Repair or supply
Weak cells replaced and connections serviced, or a replacement bank supplied and installed if the whole set is finished.
Schedule the next visit
You get a written capacity figure and a suggested service interval based on your actual duty cycle.
