Cooling fan strip and clean
Fans removed, cleaned and tested for correct speed and current draw — a lazy fan is a silent battery killer.

Preventive care
Cleaning and servicing the cooling fans, ducts and inverter cooling circuit that keep a hybrid pack alive in Karachi's heat.
Overview
Almost every hybrid battery we replace failed early for the same reason: it could not shed heat. Karachi summers, D.H.A traffic and a fan full of dust are a brutal combination. Cleaning the battery cooling fan, the intake duct and the inverter cooling circuit is cheap, quick, and is the single highest-return maintenance item on any hybrid. We also include it free with every battery we fit, and repeat it every three months for our customers.
Fans removed, cleaned and tested for correct speed and current draw — a lazy fan is a silent battery killer.
Intake grilles, ducts and the cabin filter path cleared so airflow actually reaches the pack instead of stalling in a clogged channel.
Coolant level, condition and pump operation checked, and the circuit topped or flushed where the interval has been missed.
Inlet and pack temperatures logged after the clean so you can see the improvement in real numbers.
How it runs
We read current pack temperatures and fan behaviour so we have a genuine baseline before touching anything.
Fans out, cleaned, tested; ducts cleared; coolant checked. Most of the debris we remove is fine dust that has been compacted for years.
Temperatures re-logged after the service. A healthy car should shed heat noticeably faster in the same conditions.
