Matched BMS, not a generic board
The battery management system is configured and calibrated for your specific model so the hybrid ECU sees a pack it is happy to trust.

Modern upgrade
Replace an ageing NiMH pack with a properly engineered lithium-ion pack for more usable capacity and less weight.
Overview
A lithium-ion conversion replaces the original NiMH pack with a lighter, higher-capacity lithium pack that is managed by a purpose-built BMS. Do it properly and you get more electric range, better economy and a pack that deals with Karachi heat far more gracefully than NiMH. Do it badly, with a mismatched BMS and no thermal management, and you get a car that throws codes and eats cells. We only fit kits we have tested on our own cars, with the BMS calibrated to your model and a documented installation.
The battery management system is configured and calibrated for your specific model so the hybrid ECU sees a pack it is happy to trust.
Cell layout, spacing and airflow are designed around your existing cooling path rather than crammed into the original box.
A well-built lithium pack typically holds more usable energy than the original NiMH unit at a lower weight, which is what you feel as range.
You get a wiring and calibration record with the car, and a warranty on both the cells and our installation work.
How it runs
Not every hybrid is a good conversion candidate. We check the model, the ECU strategy and the cooling path before quoting.
The lithium pack and BMS are assembled and calibrated for your car, then bench-cycled and verified before installation.
Fitting, ECU reset, thermal verification and a road test under load. We only hand the car back once behaviour is stable.
